Polycystic Ovary Syndrome
Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) occurs in women having a reproductive hormonal disorder. PCOS cases might be problematic for women since they may cause an occasional or prolonged menstrual cycle.
Women suffering from PCOS may also have very high male hormone (androgen) levels. Sometimes, the ovaries might collect fluids such as follicles and fail to release eggs.
There is no diagnosis of PCOS. However, our doctor runs several important tests such as an ultrasound or blood test. Based on this, they may also go for treatment and medications to get a promising result.
